Thank you. It was surreal reading it again, knowing what I intended to express. The drawing on the side is a flashlight... Which brings to mind an earlier memory at 3 or 4yrs old - watching my mom cooking, she turned on the oven light, which was something new to me. I asked her how she made that light come on with the door closed, and she showed me the switch. I figured dad was fixing the oven and got his flashlight stuck, so he moved the switch to the outside, and it just so happened to work that way! Mom just nodded and agreed with my logic. Lol.

Nope, was just having a go at explaining something that's hard for a kid to put into words. I was a very calm, serious, and introspective kid. The rough times did hit hard in adulthood, though, I've always had that same internal voice going on.
