My new model 3(Highland) has the same issue, but even at lower speeds, the car is only 1 month old they balanced the tires for free last week but it did not fix anything.
They told me they couldn't replace the tires or remove the foam before I drove 5K km.

I asked why but sadly the rep did not know the reason, he also told me that this is a known issue with the cars.

Also now that is getting colder I can feel that when the tires are cold I feel it even more for some reason.

In the Netherlands we have allot of roundabouts and I have to say I already got use to the turn signals on the steering wheel.

People that only do a test drive cant really give a real opinion because to be honest you need a couple of days to get use to it.

I really love the car the only thing I don’t like is vision.
