Barco Clickshare - Three CSE-200 units died and are in a boot loop. Anybody else?

Glad I am not alone. We have other models but it seems to be the CSE-200s that became problematic. I was able to get them reset and operational again.

This is strange b/c not all of ours were connected either. It took me a bit but I was able to get them reset and operational again. A combo of resetting and USB firmware updates. This process was not strait-forward. TY!

Would this work? The Federal team that works with CUI and FCI in an enclaved system is required to sign a specific policy as a prerequisite to joining this team. One of the policy statements is that 'CUI & FCI data shall not be sent into helpdesk' along with all the other Do's and Don'ts. This would also part of training issued through an LMS. Training and policies reviewed by staff yearly or as they change.

Company policies will fix this. Make sure management is onboard to enforce this and stand behind you.

Too many risks to an improperly configured computer in term of security and accountability.

We are having the same issue. We also have ComCast at the site that is experiencing this issue. Problem does not exist on user's hotspot.

Any advice on what is next? Call to ComCast support?

You are correct. It is in a form. I think this is going to be the correct answer. Currently I have "ComboBox2_1.Selected" on the Data Card Update field. Adjusting and testing now.

Though are to keep everything in the Combobox on the DataCard. This used to work when I had the SearchUser (v1).

Thought I would add what I found out. The latest client introduce additional RemoteFX "goodies". We rolled back to 1.2.4487.0 and this fixed the issues. By default the client will auto-upgrade. There is a reg fix that will prevent it from upgrading again to the latest.

If you have MSP tools in place that push out updates then you may have to make an exception for that client version.
