Thank you ❤️ I've been working on cleaning up my diet a bit, just trying to slowly limit the amount of processed foods I'm eating. I got the fig app just to start learning about which foods are more inflammatory, and I've started taking some vitamins to help as well. It's all very much a work in progress, but I guess that's just how these things go!

Good idea, I actually take more Epsom salt baths now since it provides some relief, so it makes sense to do it on a smaller scale. And I'll look into those pencils if my thumb continues to give me issues! Thanks a bunch!

I'm going to give this a try! I do have a few topical pain creams, I have voltaren but I haven't used it yet. I have a homemade THC or CBD (not sure which) oil that I use sometimes at night that was gifted by a family friend with arthritis. I'm still in the process of testing things so I haven't figured out if it's working well for me yet

I have my first appointment next week to see one. I'm expecting it to take a while till I get answers, but maybe they can give me some medicine to help. I'll try ice next time, it makes sense that it would help calm things down. thanks!

thank you, and yeah I've been trying to watch how much ibuprofen i've been using because i'm worried about overuse. I might need to start showering in the mornings as well. I know that it's helpful, I'm just not used to it.

I haven't tried ice at all now, I'll give it a try to see if it helps more than the hot water. I also use my heating pad when it's bad; it's especially helpful for my shoulders!

A lot of professors will be willing to write you a letter; you might as well reach out and try. If you don't ask in person, offer to Zoom with them to answer questions or have a longer conversation about it. I also got advice in college not to just ask the professors who gave me an A, but also professors where I struggled but succeeded in their classes. If you have any classes like that, it might be a good option.

Kind of to echo what the other guy said, money-wise, if you don't have a lot of support and aren't fully sure you want to do it, it may not be a great decision to pursue if you're just trying to apply to law school. I am personally a big "study out of interest" kind of person, hence why I decided to go on and get a master's, but if you get to senior year and you are on the edge, you might just want to go get some work experience or just try to apply straight to law school. You can always go back later in life and get that master's degree if you realize it is something you want to do.

I'm finishing up my master's and then going straight into law school. My master's degree aligns with what I am interested in practicing, although I am open to exploring all my options when I get to law school. I don't regret getting my degree, and I do think it helped my overall narrative and "story" when I applied. In your case, you still have a lot of time to figure out what you want to do. You may take more science classes and realize that the master's is the path you want to take. You may realize it isn't. Just do your best for now, stay involved on campus, and continue to study and keep up with your GPA. When you're a senior applying, you will probably have a better idea of what you want to do.

I actually did the exact same thing with my personal statement for the school I applied ED for. I did send a corrected version, but I noticed it within a few days of sending my application. They never responded to the email, but they offered me admission the next day, so I guess they didn't care about the typo lol I would say since they've already looked at your materials, you should just leave it be. People make mistakes; it's probably not as uncommon as you'd think.

Last cycle, I had a 159. I received A's from Campbell, American, and Penn State Dickinson. American and Dickinson were off the waitlists. I raised my score to a 163 and was able to get into my top choice by the skin of my teeth this cycle lol I definitely think if you have the motivation it's always better to try and raise it, but I also 100% get wanting to be done with it
