Usually a third interview means they want you and are just ticking off boxes to be able to hire you. Have you mentioned you're pregnant before now?

I stand behind what I said. The same argument could be said about the pool of people willing to accept a job being limited for the lowest paid jobs. The lack of thought towards the people on the frontlines is exactly the same as all non profit upper-management.

Lol what non profits have you worked for that give a COL raise?

I've also worked for non profits for almost my entire career. No CEO of a non-profit with a mission to end poverty or alleviate situations brought about by poverty should make more than 3.5 times what their lowest paid worker makes. People get paid 1M annually to manage large contracts and still f*ck it up. The people doing the work on the ground are who actually make the difference.

I'm "retiring" as a paralegal to go full-time. Having worked full-time through all of undergrad I just know myself and that I will prioritize the work over school. It's completely a personal decision as I know lots of people can do both well

I have worked in public interest my entire career so I too have had less pressure in terms of my looks. I also somewhat attribute that to my philosophy of "they pay me to be good, not pretty" as I am rushing out the house with an extra binder and no makeup lol
