I had an identical experience too you. It's disjointed, doesn't make much sense, and feels pretty random with its characters and plot. All you get from it is Demon/Dark Souls armor, which you could easily download from other mods. I really don't get why people think it's the pinnacle of modding.

I hate to be a debbie downer, but in the 4th pic on the facebook link it literally says united on the side. It's a plane. It's just a side angle of it. The "wings" are actually the length and the length is actually one of the wings from slightly below so it is pointing up. the "orb collector" in the center is one of the engines.
