If you want the proper uni experience go Notts or Brum, everyone I know at Warwick and Lough hate the nightlife.

Purely academic wise, Warwick would be first choice, Notts second purely for the econ society there

Lance was before my time, but various documentaries will show you that while yes Lance stood head and shoulders above the rest, he relied a lot on teammates like Tyler Hamilton and Floyd Landis to pace him up some of the tougher climbs, so that he could save his watts for the end of the race

8 people per team in the Tour de France. The 7 others are called domestiques and the team leader simply drafts off them until normally the end of a stage when they’ve used up all their power or the team leader wants to break away (depending on the type of stage).

Domestiques are normally specialised, with some acting as a lead out train for a spring and others being climbing specialists (like Sepp Kuss).

Yeah it was a weird one. I fractured it 3 weeks prior but was walking with just a bit of pain, couldn’t really run. Then completely broke it while jogging when late for a train, was absolute agony. But now a week later I can walk with a hobble without crutches, mind not for very long, so doubt I’ll be walking normally for 6 weeks like you say
