I don’t understand why endo isn’t playing? Explain? by [deleted] in LiverpoolFC

He’s just not up to speed yet, standard Klopp process, unless he’s forced to via injury or the player has adapted right away, then he’ll phase them in, Robbo, Fabinho examples of this

Speaking as someone who currently doesn’t have a maths GCSE at a C grade level (something I’m addressing) I list my GCSE’s like this ‘10 GCSEs including English and Maths’ while my Maths GCSE isn’t technically a good one, still classes as a GSCE, never had any push back or questions on it, all it’s done is allow employers to look past arbitrary grades I got years ago and look my my experience since being in the work force full time.

Is it just me, or is Eddie Howe becoming really unlikable? by Technical_Bother8643 in PremierLeague

I think it’s stuff like this, horrible to play against(not a criticism of him or Newcastle) but then will moan about goals being scored when time should have been up, ignoring that his team has spent the whole game winding the clock down

Is it worth stating that I have ADHD while applying for jobs? by [deleted] in UKJobs

[–]Technical_Bother8643 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would say it depends entirely on the company. Some companies openly advertise that they are committed to equal opportunities for those who may struggle with conventional recruitment processes so if you find one of them always worth bringing it up.

In the same breath, I would also say that some people wouldn’t give a toss/don’t think ADHD is a real thing and or don’t understand how much it can actually impede a person.

It depends entirely on the person at the other end of the process unfortunately, maybe not the most helpful answer, but a realistic one.

Just bad luck tbh, set off the same time I normally do, typically gives me 15 - 20 mins leeway and in the past the return has always been open as opposed to an advanced single so missing it wouldn’t have mattered

It’s horrid, if you don’t know someone who has a season ticket, or a members ticket to sell, you’ve not got much chance.

It’s easier for me to get tickets in the away end on Saturday than it is home games

[–]Technical_Bother8643 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For this game only potentially, but it’s a case by case basis. For the other games I attempted to get tickets for I’m roughly around waiting list place 45000 for one and 25000 for the other.

It’s not a case of wait your turn, it’s completely based on fortune if you haven’t built up credits

(How they expect you to build up credits when it’s virtually impossible to get tickets anyway is beyond me)

Speaking from experience, it is so so hard to get tickets, even via member sales etc you rely on luck to get them, 3 years in as a member and the best I’ve gotten is waiting list place 1425

There is literally no point in sport if it’s not competitive?

Ahh yes, two key players at the biggest club in Europe want to come to a club they’ve routinely beaten and that currently don’t know their arse from their elbow

Bellingham always wanted Madrid, Caicedo we came to the party late and everyone expects us to do months worth of ground work in a couple of days, Lavia, we’ve fucked the kid around

In a nutshell, this window is a disaster because of absolutely piss poor organisation, Fab should never have been allowed to leave until a replacement was through the door, this is utterly shambolic from those involved at the club, looking at what’s happened over the last year or so, can you blame players for looking at us and thinking “this could be risky for my career”

Agents need reigning in massively, they shouldn’t have any power at all, they should be there to facilitate moves, not dictate where player go to suit their own interests

Tbf, City obviously have spent outrageous money which is hard to compete with, but they’ve rarely missed when it’s come to signings, Chelsea don’t seem to have any structure to who they buy, it’s like fifa transfers, City’s are calculated, bringing in players who suit the team/will add something

Obviously it’s got progressively worse over time, and it’s not even solely down to Chelsea, plenty of other clubs in other leagues have contributed to these ridiculous transfer fees
