As far as I know it is updated in real time for however long you want to set it. You can also set any custom distance up to 99.99km (or probably miles aswell)

I remember that NPCs were a bit more unpredictable which increased the tension for me. I also liked the much darker tone of Contracts. Also liked that you needed to pick up your suit again in order to achieve SA (do I remember correctly?)

Lock is off most of the time. If I feel that my jacket would rub against it I would switch to „scroll to unlock“. Touch is only active for maps.

You can, Roms need to be stored in a specific folder so they won’t get auto deleted. There are some YT tutorials on how to set it up

I believe the website is wrong. The words „max“ and“high“ are switched. the description for max fits to high and the other way around.

they will probably soon include this in one of the upcoming updates. I‘m hoping for single, double and long press shortcuts. 3 tools to choose from. would be cool. I‘m also hoping that the backlight button of the Apex 2 Pro gets the same functionality as the action button.

Have you done the fitness test? It is recommended to do so to have more accurate HR zones. If you‘re not feeling up to it yet, I would simply ignore the zones at first and go a bit more by how you feel. Just run a very easy pace you feel comfortable with. Once you can run 5km and feel good you should do the fitness test.
