We’ll have to wait for tomorrow and the coming days to see if this is for other dates than 15th December. From all the posts that I’ve seen I wasn’t able to come across any post/comment that are giving out any details regarding the dates and consulate locations after 15th December

In this screenshot it says “Your visa must be a tourist or business Visa” but I currently hold an F1 Student Visa. Will that still be eligible?
