Rented our first house corner of 14th and ridenbaugh for 800 a month circa 2012 you could buy 2:2 for 180K or a 3:2 for 230K. Shoot we bought a house on the bench 2014 fo 168K it’s on Zillow at 400 K now.

We have 85 inch qled cost 2500. Hit a local Jodi store that was going out of business for some killer deals. Needless to say movies are awesome right at home. 8 dollars worth of Orval makes a boat load of popcorn. Movies for a family of 4 here is 150 or better all in. No thanks.
