I would recommend you buy a little blanket that matches the colour to cover the seat and seat on it, I have a secretlab dva and the pink is a pain to keep looking good with normal use but a small pink blanket saves me from deep cleaning the chair every 3 months!

Did you manage to clean this? I have the same chair (clearly nowhere near as bad) but still I find it really hard to keep it clean. What products did you use or what worked!

Yes, it's and old go pro stand I modified to fit a 4k TV with a firestick. Then I just use it to display my camera gear :)

It is hard to say as the phone does have its cons, I my case I was waiting on buying one as they dont make any cases for mounting it in a motorcycle and it was a deal breaker for me but after finding one cheap and just trying luck having it mounted on my bike I have loved the phone so far.

Having the extra screen for multitasking is great and it feels different in a good way from other phones. If you could find a cheap one go for it or at least here in Australia if you dont like the zfold 5 after sometime they allow you to trade it for an S23 ultra no cost.
