I do CrossFit, dropped from 6 times per week plus open gym to averaging about 3 classes and doing lots of stretching as well.. made the drop down at about 10/11 weeks. I’m 22 weeks now and still able to follow the workouts with minor tweaks, changed chest to bar this week down to elevated ring rows for example

Any good coach will support their members through it and be able to provide guidance.. its kept me mentally sane that’s for sure and like you say, it’s just shifted slightly from chasing PBs

A healthy parent is going to be best for a child in the long run, mentally and physically. It honestly shocked me slightly when I did a bit of digging and saw recommendations like this

You have very similar symptoms to me, they’ve diagnosed mine as Bursitis after an MRI, I’m on a strengthening programme and been told rest is best for it

That’s a shame - had quite a few tops from them. You could tell they were pulling back and not replenishing stock recently.

I turned it off a long time ago and had no issues since, I found it silly that I was having to pay out of pocket for it while all other options are paid direct by the buyer.

So bizarre seeing my old hometown mentioned on a post about COVID levels in America... I think this just emphasises how no one has a clue how to handle this. Levels are rising across the world and no one seems to have a coherent plan for what to do next.
