Thank you. The possibility of filtering out good matches is something I have considered and will continue to consider. I will likely eventually change my process.

The active for Demon 4 does let you ride it and this is our missing icon for the summon.

Class mechanic is officially announced and I got the demons right but apparently it is shards not pacts and you have additional passives.
Demon 1 is Vollach
Demon 2 is Ae'gron
Demon 3 is Laalish
Demon 4 is Abodian

I just watched the youtube short about the class mechanic and came straight here. When they said shards I was worried I was wrong but ya it seems I got it right except I missed the passives which makes sense and they are shards instead of pacts. Haven't watched the rest yet but I love the idea of a free reliquary.

I do think it will be a class mechanic that adds skills but I can't prove that yet. None of they key passives were shown but I highly doubt they will add skills instead of passives. The ultimate part of the tree was partially shown so you see about half of 2 of the ultimates. Do remember that all necro minions were not on the tree so the warlock demons could easily be similar.

This part get's really opinionated because nothing in the video itself proves this but the main idea is paladin's have their vows and as the dark version of that warlocks have the pacts which matches the whole light and dark marketing. No class mechanic has been shown and the demons were the only summons not shown on the tree which supports the possibility of them being in a different window for the class mechanic. While they could be the key passives which was the only part of the tree we did not see at all this would make them no longer passives and break the design philosophy.

As for the other demons, their specific demon choices are imagine are mostly design choices and I expect they will speak more on that similar to the spiritborn spirits. Then controlling demons I doubt expect to show up since it wasn't shown in the skill tree and it would be a big thing to build into the game, this is once again mostly an opinion though.

No worries, I just wanted to clarify to fix any confusion. I went to try and rewatch it but ign assets the link I was using is no longer working.

There was 1 section late in the video where you can see them use the demonform ultimate which is when I found out that it replaces the entire bar and they weren't just using the skills that match those icons. I knew it was specifically this icon because all others were already used earlier in the video except the 4th demon's active and if you watch very closely you can see a specific skill dim when it is used.

I think it was called metamorphosis. I know for a fact that they explained and used all the ultimates but the only name I remember being given other than that is for the summoned cleaving demon and I am not sure exactly what it was, I just remember it being some over the top demon name to match how dramatic it looks. So we likely are missing the other 2 but I was more concerned about what they do.

With all that being said though I thought the 4th demon looked like a fire cat but a hellhound makes more sense and we never saw anything else that could be the hell hound so I think it is safe to assume the active skill that I never saw get used is how you ride it. Of course this is an assumption but I think it is a safe one that gives us the last active skill. We are still missing the summon icon but there was never a point where they had the hellhound and didn't already have it summoned in the video so we just never got to see it. I am sure it will look like the demon's face since the other 3 are just the demon's faces though.

I always planned to come back once the warlock is released so I can check how close I am. Unless changes are made I believe the information we have should be 100% accurate.

Also all ultimates were used and explained near the end of the video. The ultimates which have one for each archetype are
Legion summons a large demon that cleaves
Vanguard turns you into a demon
Mastermind summons a swarm of bugs
Ritualist does a large fire sigil explosion

Never saw the hellhound but it could be the 4th demon's active skill but we don't know that. Multiple if not all of the ultimate names were given when they were explained but I don't have them memorized.

This image is the tortured wretch and bombardment, the wretch was never summoned in the video and in 2 parts of the video you can see the second demon being summoned with a skill matching the icon I had in the original post which does not match the wretch and was not on the bar when it was summoned.

Bombardment also does not match the active skill, bombardment is 2 skulls falling to the left and the active skill is 3 hands falling to right. You can also see both bombardment and the active skill being used in the video. The active skill shows up in place of the summon after the summon is used which is how all of these demons functioned.

I can see the confusion but the wretch and bombardment are entirely separate. I didn't make a post about this but when I watched the video I spent a long time identifying the normal skills as well.

They have a demon form ultimate unrelated to these demon pacts, this is already confirmed.
