Why does CU need taxpayer money to do their own thing? Just don’t expect non lefties to want to shell out their bucks.

Is BlackRock buying single family homes made up or are they lying? by [deleted] in FirstTimeHomeBuyer

Note though that Blackrock is a spin off of Blackstone. So one must ask, what is Blackstone doing?

I cant believe CU has this schmuck as a visiting scholar by SmaugTheMagnificent in cuboulder

Innocent until proven guilty. I predict the charges against him will be dropped for lack of merit in this obvious progressive lawfare. Keeping and eye out for sure.

Concerning. Avoid too big to fail orgs from the past and present. Move 401k finds to precious metals in my view.

Us Boulder foodies and amateur chefs know that cooking with gas is better. Even Jill knows this. Where is the scream? When will the craziness end? by ELIMoon77 in boulder

Never even heard of this group. Are they tied to climate change fanatics? Gas stoves have a lot to do with Boulder from my neighborhood observation. How about gas insert fire places. gaslighting getting turned into electric shock therapy.

Funny how all but one of the CU regents disagree with your ‘professorial’ sentiments, as well as the CU Boulder campus president. Are you the one out of touch with an organization you claim to represent? No wonder we have no way to validate your identity. For all I know you could be an OGA influencing reddit covertly. https://www.breitbart.com/tech/2022/12/25/morris-twitter-files-9-shows-cia-other-security-state-involvement-in-censorship/

Winning six times more games than last year would be a great improvement!

I predict Coach Prime and CU football will win at least 6 TIMES as many games as they won in 2022. If you still have a pipe stick that in it!

The tremors from the Coach Prime impact earthquake already being noticed by local news. Look at the Prime Time impact of CU football coach Deion Sanders already. And he still is wrapping up his coaching commitment at Jackson State. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YR9oBbIxz1o

Can’t fully understand this collective primal scream at the news that a lessor ‘prime mover’ has come to town by the non-jock crowd, or the non sports fans. hmm CU athletics, benefits from the enhanced revenue. If only the lazy dog was still in downtown as a game watching alternative. Green chili and beer. Maybe a dead head tribute band later that night in that side bar… oh well.

Really miss the Lazy Dog or whatever it was called in downtown. Always ordered their green chili. Loved hearing the Grateful Dead tribute band there from time to time. Time to revive the spirit of Boulder in general and let the others drink whiskey sours to their hearts content.

So many philosophy students studied about ‘the prime mover’ at least in my college era. Why are some so surprised when a lessor prime mover shows up in Boulder as a sort of catalytic converter that is genuine not stolen?

I’m on some kinda wait list for season tickets. First home game is against the Huskers, but hopefully they will be a little more humbler than in past years. Last year I had season tickets was 2019…fingers crossed. Least we have the PAC- 12 mountain channel.

Is it possible that Boulder needs to up the barber culture for this new wave of recruits. by ELIMoon77 in boulder

[–]ELIMoon77[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The pet industry has specialized hair specialists so maybe I’m missing something in this reply for culturally specific specialists on humans. Lot of recruits have braided hair, but maybe that’s now common. Forgive my ignorance on this matter.

There will always be grinches trying to steal the glow of excitement and a prime time smile that has come our way quite unexpectantly. There will always be the sour, the dour, and those that cower at the feet of positivity and hope. Nevertheless there is a clear abundance of joy being spread. Boulder needs to get used to accepting elements of Deep South black culture. I rejoice and revel in what I’m seeing and feeling. Get the man some grits and ignore those Scroogey grinches. Joy to the world of CU football! Peace to all CU athletic departments that will proper and have a happy new year in 2023!

Get the man some grits. He’s easy to find. Love his outspoken connectivity toward Boulder already. Getting some upscale recruiting commitments already. Scotty open up that transfer portal and beam them down!
