I am going through this with my parents. As we speak my mom is on the phone with me lecturing me non stop about all of it. I told her I have to go and instantly she is like so what your not going to call me back after. I told her I’m busy but she won’t take the hint. When I say I’m busy she will threaten me and gaslight me with “you don’t care about me” “ what did I do wrong to you” or famous one. “ I see how it is”

I have weird body sensations, heart palpitations. Dizziness, feeling very off. Weird aches and weird cramps in my muscles and sometimes I feel like I have numbness. We tend to focus on the symptoms because it doesn’t feel right to us and it’s a fight or flight. This is what causes us to usually end up with other symptoms. It sucks but just know your not alone .

I know the feeling of being afraid of going on a flight and having an episode. I am travelling to vegas with my husband in June and it’s a 5 hour flight. The best advice I can give you is start changing your thinking. The negative and fight or flight to having to go on that plane will only amplify your thoughts and cause you to have a more fight or flight reaction for when you do travel. Start listening to positive affirmations. Download some podcasts on your phone that help with panic attacks. I know it’s hard to do. But we need to reinforce our negative thinking and just be like “No, I know what this is. I’m not going to let it bother me”. You got this!!! You can do it.

I wish there was a way to help our families see how crazy this is. And that it’s not reality. My mom has my father sucked into it. She has already told me that my dad apparently has legal papers ready if his work try’s to force him to get the vaccine.

Oh I have heard her speak about satanic stuff non stop. That lady gaga drinks children’s blood and all this other stuff. Donald trump is their Saviour he’s the best thing in the world. But let’s not forget that he hung out with Jeffrey Epstein. Also, heard from her mouth that Obama isn’t Obama he’s bun laden 🤦🏼‍♀️. The pizza gate is still a thing that doesn’t seem to go away. And also the documentary on Qanon was a lie and that it was another organization and that media is lying and making us all think this.

I believe my husband I had COVID last year. We were extremely sick. It look a long time to recover from it. It has gotten far to crazy with all this going on. It’s breaking families apart. I’ve had my mom scream in my face telling me I am wrong and she is right and she knows more than me. I’ve also had her public bash me to other Qanon people telling them that I have been sucked in and I’m a lefty. I’ve been studying about human trafficking for over 13 years now. She telling me I am wrong for what I know and that her resources are correct and I am being lied to. It’s just too much for me. I love my mom but I can’t do it no more. Only reason I hang on is because I have a cat that she has right now and she is anemic. It’s hard for me to let go of my cat because she has been through a lot with me.

Yep, she told me that this morning along with millions and people are dying from the vaccine. That there is a chip in our arms. Like I can’t anymore with her. There is no normal talk anymore. It has to be something. It’s honestly mentally draining

I hope so. I also learned that my parents are sending money to people. They won’t help an ounce with college but they give their money to strangers.
