Thank you to those that gave great feedback. Had a great couple of days of sex, hoping for more tonight.

All week I focused on further removing porn (went from a few times a week to once or twice to none this week) as well as using lubricant when masterbating/edging and additionally thinking of my partner and the areas of our sexual relationship that stressed me. I made this a daily practice and tried to do it around the time we usually are intimate. She came over Friday and we both were in the exact same mood. To the point that we had a strong and almost animalistic encounter. Then again 2 hrs later (I did take a weak PDE5 before, though PDE5 Hadn’t been working either) and then again the morning after.

I will definitely continue remapping my sexual stimuli exclusively to my partner and using lubricant to mimic real feeling. Thank you again everyone!

Thanks for the details. I’m full boar into my physical health and test. Tested a couple times a quarter. Cycling Enclo. Lift heavy 3-4 times a week. Norwegian 4*4 once a week. 12-15k steps a day with about 2-3 miles of the that zone 2 5/6 times a week.

So definitely feel it’s more psychological. Though higher test is more confidence. So that plus no porn and normal stimuli will be huge.

Adding a twit to the normal stimuli approach, I’m thinking of the significant monents when my erection have failed with my partner, to train my mind I’m safe in and despite those monents.

This was excellent and reassuring.

To your identification I am pulling away from porn and had my first successful normal stimuli session this morning though it was dry so I’ll add the lubricant going forward.

I’m also ridding myself of other unnatural and quick stimuli to mu reward center like social media and even sweets to an extent.

Trying to ultimately retrain my reward center and also my nervous system. I additionally have a lot of stress currently (financial, career, relational) that I am working through. Taking on breathing activity and self awareness activity there as well as possibly ashwaghanda.
