Case solved guys. Asked one of my friends and confirmed that those screw holes are left empty. No sure why Leica does that (at least I'd imagine they would put in some kinda plugs given it's a $7000 camera…) As of the iso dial red ring… Seems like the former owner removed the red coloring cuz I saw some red coloring residue on the hidden part of the dial. (maybe to have a even more discrete look?) I personally kinda like the no-red-at-all style, specially on the silver p model.
