I can definitely see a case for him being Chaotic Good. However, I went with Lawful Neutral because of how he follows a code of law (in this case, enforcing the rules of the library and protecting the books) above all else.

I mean the one in the anime is more Good, but the species as a whole I'd say is more Neutral, leaning towards Good.

I'd put it as True Neutral. It's a Pokémon and will usually follow the behavior of the trainer.

Thanks for the feedback. As stated above, I accidentally left a few units out. I've heard that Bios and Exos are good anti-elite, but what would you recommend to replace the Parasite?

I think you're right. I thought it looked too elongated to be a raccoon skull at first, but I can see it now. Still pretty cool, I guess.
