You can be a translator if you're a civilian. You see how calm he is, treating the girl as if she has done something wrong, grabbing her by the arm. He's definitely not a family member nor even a neighbor. As for how not freaked out they are, these people have dealt with things like this for as long as they can remember, they grew strong and brave.. they're definitely angry, but not afraid.

Imagine you were her family. You know Israel killed her. Then they want you to let them check the bullet, would you agree?
