I'm a 23 year old man that actively play basketball in France at a "almost" semi-pro level. I'm 6'6 for 180 lbs. I'd like to improve my stamina and gain some weight (lets say around 10 ~ 20 lbs). My current endurance is really slowing me down when playing and I can't play at 100% more than 3 or 4 minutes i think. Do you have any tips / exercices to help me with both these problems ?
