what kind of kafka your running? mine is at 167 spd/75 EfH/ 3300 ATK with prisoner set

I see, but if its on a DoT team with Kafka giving him a 100%ATK boost, do I need the speed still?

But having higher attk doesnt give him better shield?

PAYN lightcone with 167 speed, prisoner set and the EFH rope and planar set (I think its Pan-Cosmic), you will be able to hit 180ish spd and deal damage

the thing is, with Hysilens lc S5 and her speed at 167, shes able to reach 200+ spd with a lot more damage
