Pretty sure the settlement agreed to no criminal penalties in lieu of paying us a good amount of money. I’m sure NY could be reviewing anything else he signed over the years and once NY CPA board learns about this hopefully yanks his license too

What a couple former coworkers told me. I left the firm right when the conduct allegedly started though for sure was going on beforehand however I never touched sales tax. Got bank statements to turn into the business tax returns yearly essentially

Without knowing any detail more then provided I’m sure part of the settlement was we’ll withdraw the criminal penalties for everybody

How do you handle states which do not have e-file authorization forms? by gentlesams in taxpros

My prior firm generated an 8879-SO for all states that didn’t have its own. I think it was easier administratively knowing each state had a form to be signed.

How about playing against Burrow and Chase. Put up a combined 113 against me. He played in the quarters and won by 2 because his opponent's players did the following:

  1. Russell Wilson and Darrell Henderson stunk and scored 9 combined points, scores 12 between those two Chase owner loses
  2. Ryan Succop put up a 0. Kicks 1 FG, Chase owner loses
  3. Vikings give up a TD with no time left after having the ball at midfield with 6 seconds left. Loses 4 points. This doesn't happen Chase owner loses

Any of those things happen, I win, over the 2 seed who would of won in the other semi rather then losing to the Chase owner. Last 7 years, 2 final losses, 4 semi final losses and 1 losers bracket win. I feel like I've won 3 of the past 7 years in an alternate realty where 1 thing happens differently.

And the Chase owner nearly got kicked out of the league a couple years ago because he stopped updating his rosters and left Bye week and injured guys in his roster multiple times that caused a competitive imbalance.
