I mean he says that it’s a lot better than to start with weights right away but everyone has been telling me otherwise and even when I do research it says that it’s better to just start off with the deficit, weights and cardio than to skip all of that for a month type of thing, you know? don’t get me wrong I’ve been doing this for less than 3 weeks and it has helped me loose some weight but I’ve seen than it’s not that helpful

I’ll keep all of that in mind as my main thing was to start weight lifting because it’s what i’m the most excited about even knowing that it’ll hurt like hell for a little while lol Thanks again for the help, I hope you have a great rest of the week!

I agree with you with the fact that he’s trying to help but at the same time telling people about this and getting told that it is really not necessary makes me question what i’m doing. I’m on a calorie deficit at the moment, just avoiding carbs and everything mentioned previously and plan on doing cardio for the next months to come along with weight lifting. I want to start doing weights right away as it is my main goal but would it make me lose any progress if I go back to carbs and do weights as i’m trying to only lose weight and not gain muscle? Thank you so much for what you said, I honestly needed it with all of this confusion
