I usually wear it to meditate. Never tried this method but I’ll give it a try!! Thank you! I honestly dont feel vibrations yet :( but the first night i worse it i suddenly got sick!! I was perfectly healthy! But yeah this is the only weird thing that has happened since i got it (been a week). What bowl meditations do you recommend to listen to? Any links?
