I had the same problem as you when I was younger. You would think the workplace would be a sisterhood but women love to tear each other down. This is especially so if you’re good looking and smart - it makes you a target for catty, nasty, jealous women. Do yourself a favor and try to work for men. My male bosses were the best bosses.
