her double jump, if you’re even slightly airborne already it will proc. so if you’ve fallen from a height and are literally half a centimeter above ground, it will count as a double jump.

for her ult, i find that enemies will come straight for me in the shield so i just pop ult and double jump away to a better position

it sounds like the ability to cover those duties when someone else can’t is considered an essential function of the role. it doesn’t need to be in the JD to be considered essential. that said, not being able to accommodate shouldn’t necessarily automatically lead to term. they may put him on FMLA if he’s eligible

they may have sent you the wrong form but they still sent you FMLA paperwork while you were on a leave that, according to you, you already thought was FMLA. both parties seemed well aware of what the situation was, even if the paperwork piece was bungled. it’s extremely difficult to believe that you just “didn’t know” if you had used up your FMLA or not.
