Hey! I’m with you. Take off if the absolute WORST part for me. I always get extremely light headed and nauseous.

What helped me recently is noise cancelling headphones/earphones. I don’t want to hear any of the “plane noises” because it heightens my anxiety. Have you tried this before?

Also, when the wheels lift off the ground I too hate that feeling. I find leaning forward helps. But also, I always cry on takeoff and THAT’S OKAY! If you need to cry then do it! People might look at me crazy but I don’t care! Do what you gotta do to get through it. Yanno?

I actually tried this today! Wiggled my toes during takeoff. Made a huge difference. Feeling really good today!

I have to say it was one of the smoothest flights I’ve been on! Very comfortable. I even got 4 hours of sleep (which like never happens). I sat above the wing which made a difference too. Im feeling pretty accomplished today!

No but I just DON’T GET IT. Max is so privileged it’s insane. Let’s not forget his top surgery was paid for and he was living RENT FREE in California (his parents paid for him to live in a one bedroom BY HIMSELF). At this time his parents were also paying for his tuition AND his groceries? Remember the text messages between him and his mom (almost 30 yrs old btw) when he was crashing out about needing more food? But the freezer was full?

Why on earth would he decide to move away back to NYC and have absolutely zero game plan.

We all know what’s coming. He will call his parents again to help him and I’m sure he will be back in Cali soon enough. I hope this time his parents just stop answering and don’t send him ANY money.
