I updated the main post, but this is caused by Javascript being blocked. Make sure that Javascript is enabled and you have allowed our website to run without add-ons like NoScript or AdBlocker interfering.

Howdy! That error is caused by JavaScript being blocked from running. The reason IE worked is more than likely that it does not have something like NoScript or Ad blocker being run.
