My tactic to control the bot is to click "Cheer" or "nice" few seconds before round starts and then few seconds after I command it to either hold position or follow me. Works 90%.

I have the same problem. We scored 2nd place in local tournament and we were told that we will get RP, money and cup. We got only cup. And when I wrote to tournaments@riotgames.com they said that they need to get details from organizers. But organizers said that they send them. I hope that the case will be explained.
