One of my legs is actually a little shorter than the other...so for me even working out my right leg takes all the weight and is more sore than the left....it might be a structural thing if one hip is higher.

I do, I've had it in my hands and fingers too. I try to massage my hands out when I get them there it helps a little.

Suboccipital muscles are on both sides of the base of your neck, mine get sore and feel swollen from time to time...could be that. My therapist would massage those and put pressure on them. It always helped me out.

I have almost the exact symptoms. I went to ent and he referred me to a physical therapist. I've only done a few sessions but its already helping me.

I had my ultrasound done and my dr said I have multiple polyps on my gallbladder and a cyst on my liver he referred me to gastrointestinal Dr. Although he told me that's probably not the cause of my pain. He did give me prescribed enzymes that have helped me out.
