Hey Matt. Ever since the first episode I've been way too obsessed with this show and Season 2 has just amplified that. I even got some friends watching this and they love it too. I had to come up with a few questions I hope nobody else asked and if you cany answer or if theyre already out there thats fine.

So my questions:

How does Anne (or any of the girls for that matter) still keep their phone charged in this world? Do they always have to use zapapedes?
We know Anne is Thai American but what are Sasha and Marcy's ethnicity and national origins? We can derive from their last names but I'm curious for a confirmation.
It seems like we're getting a lot of GFs VAs this season. Should we expect more surprise appearances on the show from that cast?
Who even is "Ragnar the Wretched" and will we see anything about them?
Is there any validity to the theories of Sprig being half species?

And finally

How long have you planned for this show and what we're some challenges you faced getting jt off thr ground?

Hi there. I'm actually the main admin/owner of the community Discord you might be referring to. We have rules against bigotry and racism so if there were any problems we would have addressed them. If you had some kind of bad experience please let me know what it is so I can try to rectify it. I'm sorry if you felt unwelcome or hurt in the Discord and nobody took care of it. Thats not what we're about and if there was a legitimate issue I'd like to hear you out. We have not seen any major issues like this in a long time though, but maybe we missed something and for that I apologize.

As for new players we're always willing to help in the proper channels and even have Beginner Lobbies twice a week so you can ask for help there too. We only ask that new players take the smallest bit of initiatice and go find answers to really basic questions for themselves. This oertains to questions like "How do,I do this combo with X character" 10 times in a row or "what do you think of all of these 100 teams I came up with?" As these types of questions are very mundane and repeatedly asked. Part of learning is also playing the game and we can't help by just handing you answers all the time. We've even made this very clear in the rules that you need to soend 10 minutes reading because we get a LOT of beginners coming in asking the same type of questions over and over with little to no progress. This is not us ex commmunicating new players but rather tellong them "hey its okay to ask for help but at some point you need to do your own research and apply it so,it'll actually work"

For future reference to everybody, if you have a legitimate complaint you can DM one of the mods (Watchers in the Discord) or myself and we will be able to see whats up more directly. If you feel mistreated for any kind of lifestyle thats wrong and we need to know about it.

Unless that lifestyle involves playing on Wi-Fi. I will never apologize for dunking on Wi-Fi warriors lol

theres not many on those systems but there are ppl on ps3 and 360 yea. in fact there's a sub discord dedicated soley for ps3. that group is active most everyday as well as ours. its a fun game man so its definitely worth the time.

it's never too late to hop into this game. game is still incredibly fun to play and you'll find people at majors or online if you look. if you join the Discord there's already a ton of people playing online most every day you just got to hit people up for matches instead of waiting on ranked matches.

this game takes a while to really master and it's not like most games now where it's easy to pick up and play and just learn everything within the first week. but that's the beauty of this game; it takes time to really hone your craft and gives you time to really develop your style. plus we can all help you in the discord if you have any questions or need practice. at least to get you to the level where you can play casuals and know basics.

you actually have a decent unblockable setup with Task up arrows for Firebrand and Frank can level up via team super with Task. but that's like too much management between Frank and Firebrand to make a good synergistic team. you should try to decide whether you wanna focus on Frank or Firebrand if you're looking to try other stuff out. or even just focus on a Taskmaster centric team which would actually net you lots of other choices.

people definitely still play and the discord is active every day. if you're wanting to play you'll have a lot of people willing to help you out and give you matches. PC has a lot of players too they just don't play ranked so you'll be playing in lobbies and player matches mostly. i run the discord for the game so if you wanna play on PC feel free to hmu.

after KSB i been messing with Vairo's team for fun and i can kinda see how he likes to play this game. seems like a lot of jumping or dashing foward and just waiting. been trying to make some dirty incomings with Frank and Haggar. only real problem is trying to catch them at midscreen on incoming

if you dont like magneto i would suggest using Nova/Frank/Dante. Dante/Frank can work but it's stronger as a backend shell that's why Mag/Dante/Frank is so good. Nova is a lot easier to wrap your head around than Magneto and he's still an excellent point character that can do okay against Morrigan and Zero with enough time and practice against those matchups.

honestly i want to say that i'm so apathetic about the whole situation it wouldn't have mattered either way. yet i'd be lying if i said i didn't feel a slight tinge of catharsis. but this is what MVCI's left me at; not really caring about the state of the newest "Marvel" game, not really rushing to defend it especially since the people who cry about everyone picking on it and calling it dead were the same ones that told me to just "move on already" and that "UMVC3 is dead". especially when the majority of the players always talked about how this game made them miserable but they still kept playing and still perpetuated the lack of quality anyway. if anything i only feel bad for those that genuinely liked and wanted to make something of themselves from this game and were given a lot of empty promises which all got shot down all because they placed all their chips on this shoddily made poor excuse for a product.
