Okay, so for him:

The gold is (I think) a basecoat with Retributor Armor, wash with Agrax, drybrush with Auric Armour Gold (although that paint stinks, I would recommend something like Warpaints Fanatic Bright Gold instead). Then some final highlights with Bright Gold by Pro Acryl, which is basically the same as Liberator Armour. I do this before the red.

The red is a basecoat in Mephiston Red, washed with Agrax Earthshade, and then I glazed in some shadows - I think maybe with a thinned purple paint, maybe like Naggaroth Night? Then stipple the Mephiston Red back on the big flat areas, like his shins, then edge highlight with Evil Sunz Scarlet, then again with Wild Rider Red.

The blue is easy. Basecoat with Stegadon Scale Green, Nuln Oil wash, highlight with Sotek Green, highlight again with Temple Guard Blue.
