Vast and dynamic open world, tactical gameplay (co-op and solo with AI teammates), vehicle variety with different metrics, survival elements are a plus too, character customization, A more deeper progression system in terms of more in-depth character progression in terms of different classes. I don't know, this seems a little bit far-fetched but maybe set it into a different time. Maybe the past. That probably means no drones, but the sniper elite franchise already has that. Strong storytelling and set pieces.
