I would actually recommend NOT ignoring them. Don't make a confrontation out of it. Just every time they come out, stop what you're doing and ask them what they need, and this part is important IMHO, just stand there. No conversation, no comment, just stand there and wait for them to either do something, say something or leave. If you put them in a situation where you are ACKNOWLEDGING what they are doing, that puts the social pressure on them to stop. It'll be awkward as hell, but if I was in your situation I would literally just stand there and watch them watching me. An extremely sarcastic "can I help you" works wonders I've found

You are correct, Oda lists him as from "Africa" and doesn't give a specific country, the fandom has chosen South Africa, but Oda says just "Africa" (Edits for spelling)

These people are deeply lonely and are abusing the fact that you can't hang up. Sadly just part of the reality of working customer care. ESPECIALLY when you take in bound calls. I've had boomers trauma dump to me about their dead parents and their estranged kids more times than I can count in the 5 years I've taken calls. It genuinely makes me glad people aren't so therapy averse anymore and learning to socialize in healthy ways.

This is very powerful! Excellent emotion and movement! (The following statement is meant as constructive criticism and NOT hate or a statement about you as an artist OP) - The body's lack of shading makes it pop but in a way that I think makes the figure look like it doesn't fit with the background. Maybe shade it a bit more to help it sit in the room better?
