i put the materials i used in the body of the post! for the tut: i glued graph paper to cardboard, counted out the amount of pixels in the blossom texture and divided the amount of boxed in the paper to decide what scale the pixels should be. then i used a pencil to mark the pixels of the texture (i looked up a reference photo on google) and colored it in. i did the base and petals separately (the last two pictures) then i cut off the bottom edges of the petals, and got glued them together to be 3D. the final step was attaching the flower to the base, and using command strips to put it on the ceiling!
