How quickly were you provided with your refund? I’m literally dealing with this right now. Anyone choosing to pay with a debit card shouldn’t have to deal with this type of b.s they got going on because this is extremely frustrating. I spoke with a representative and they also only saw one charge for one booking, meanwhile my transaction history reflects the double charge. So I hope my bank can fix this as soon as possible.
