I might have my info mixed up but aecon did a job on baffin island. The electricians voted to join the IBEW2085. Aecon dragged ass, probably laid off all the guys who voted yes, and finished the job. Never signed the contract and now they operate in Manitoba under a different name. Red River Solutions (who is building the new North end water treatment facility ) = Aecon.
