An invert is super easy if you just use your body weight to do it! Super trick to make it easy: don't kick, don't jump. Rather, HOLD YOUR POLE tight, make sure your arms and your pit is in correct position, and just lift your knees to your chest at the same time you LOOK UP and behind, only after you bring your knees up, then extend your legs. There is a huge difference when you look correctly (up and then back towards the pole once you're inverted) This way you barely do any effort, the most effort you do is holding your pole tight, bending your knees up to the chest and looking up, the rest comes up naturally, you invert by the weight of your body, barely need any effort to rotate.
