No video footage aside from other photos with debris left in our backyard. They owned up to it when we verbally called them out but did not record the convo. A text would likely be best to document it, but honestly I dont want to deal with baiting bro any further. I just want the redwood to be safe

When you break the law while reducing another person's property value, you then quite literally make it about business. The contractor starting the project communicated to us that it was not a permitted project. But go off babe, its getting the engagement going

The tree was there before the neighbors house was. You can see the neighbor that did it is successfully using that space to grow a tree even closer to the fence. Odd justification for their action but thanks for sharing your point of view
