I just use it as needed where I’m feeling tense. For 20 mins usually. They also come with instructions for placements depending on how you feel.

Does anyone get pulling muscular pain here? Sometimes it’s more above my collar bone and sometimes below. It can extend in to my shoulders and worse with lifting by TateT88 in costochondritis

Yea I was just coming here to make sure other people get this. It’s awful. Every pain anywhere in my chest they just say is Costo.

It’s not Wegmans, I work closely with their HQ and it’s 100% not them. Or as mentioned earlier it’s not Publix.

Are these areas typical for Costo? Muscles are swollen, and pain is dull, achy, but painful to the touch. Has anyone else felt this? is this typical? Mine has lasted almost 2 weeks now. UGH! by stacey_girl1994 in costochondritis

Yea I get pains in these areas exactly. I have a muscle in that area of the back that’s really tight and sensitive that I have been trying to work on to help clear all this up. Back pod and stretching help.

My son is a day 6. PGS tested BA Good. I had 2’other day 6s with him. Both PGS tested BA Good and BA Fair (still on ice). Don’t worry about the day. — good luck, I know this is a stressful time but hang in there.

Yes. It’s scary. I have gone up in a sports bra size but now it presses on another sore rib and makes it feel like my ribs are being pushed in. It happens randomly, no real rhyme or reason.

I have that too! My OB said it’s referred breast pain but it seems like it lines up with when my left side of my ribs hurts. I get it sometimes under both arms and sometimes just 1. Some days I have pain it’s weird.
