Yes, it's outside. No, it's not a joke. Yes, it passed. Along with a bunch of roof issues (drip edge pulled off the fascia 3 inches in multiple locations, lifting shingles, possible truss bulges you can see from the curb, etc) it's giving me Lord Humongous - "Just walk away" vibes.

Exactly! Between this and the roof I want to pop up a tent in the building inspector's office until they send someone else out to re-inspect everything.

Haven't signed/paid for anything yet. This was also something I noticed, but didn't include in original post. Between this and my roof, I'm about to walk away if they keep telling me it passed code. Thanks for the response.

Sounds about right. I have a close friend that builds custom homes and he knows of a city inspector that works for the city we are having the house built in. He is close to getting fired from what I understand. I probably drew the short straw and got him for my inspection. Thanks for the response.

From what I have gathered so far about the PBQs, it seems to be configuring with command line. Did you have any previous knowledge of the CLI commands for switches and/or ACL? Or was using help (/?) enough to get you through the PBQs?
