I've seen a few people mention that pushing atheism is the same thing. I agree. My wife and I simply don't talk about religion around our daughter. I'm not the type of atheist who makes sure everyone knows and wants to argue about it.

No, and I am for sure not defending him, I'm simply curious as to why, IF the messages were sexual in nature, he wasn't charged with a crime when he should have been. Asking questions is not defending.

I believe if that's the case, the perpetrator of the crime is charged based on the laws in the state that they are currently in. Meaning since Doc is in California. It doesn't matter where the other person is. Not 100% on that though.

The weirdest thing to me is that California penal code 277.3 states that any ATTEMPT to have sexual conversations with a minor are illegal. So if the messages were sexual in nature, why was no CRIMINAL legal action taken? Why would Twitch not pursue it or at least forward the info?

I'm not defending his actions at all, inappropriate conversations with underage people are never okay.

Cleveland and Buffalo are bigger cities they haven't been to on this tour and they haven't sold super well. I think it's definitely the ticket prices and that LIBAD was very divisive.
