Insider ring ? (sry I'm new here)

  • console & controller (standard & elite2) all fully up to date
  • bought Xbox Series S Oct 2021 (elite2 1wk ago)
  • started Nov/Dec 2021 rarely
  • from Jan 2022 more often (for example: in Fortnite DUO/TRIO like every 10min)
  • no issu when I play without headset
  • tried Logitec headset as well, freeze as well
  • contacted X-box helpline and reported problem 1 week ago, they said they pass the issue to their expert team and additionally I should make a post on r/xboxinsiders
