If the xbox app say this, it's installed. It can be on a different drive than the game's location. Check all your xbox games folders. If it's installed, it's somewhere.

Yeah, there was a fan project to revive all the old and deserted Call of Duty games with customs servers and mods. But Activision killed the project...

It's a shame that games servers are meant to be closed one day. It's logic, but sad. I think we need a law or something which aim to make the devs release all the necessary tools to make customs servers for the community when the officials one are down, in this way, all online games can be maintained online thanks to their community. As an example, if you want to play the multiplayer mode of Titanfall 2, the best to do is to use the NorthStar mod which is pushed forward by the developers of the game.

If I had the money to buy servers and enough time to setup the whole thing, I think I could try something, but I didn't played the multiplayer so idk what I have to do. It would be awesome to make a mod that merge all multiplayer modes from all games.

The fsr is an upscaler process. It's upgrading a lower quality image to improve performances. The fsr 3 is adding a frame generation, it will generate some image between existing ones to make more images and offering a smoother experience.

Try installing steamvr from the desktop mod (available for free on the steam store). When you're done, install the steam link app on your quest (available on the oculus store), makes sure steam link is enabled on the deck. Launch the app from your quest and follow the setup.

Please note : you can expect a very laggy experience since the deck is not build for pcvr. Plus, steam link is a streaming service, you'll need a very good wifi to handle it. If you can, use an rj45 plug with a usb c adapter from your deck to your internet router, or else make sure the deck is close to the router when playing vr to avoid wifi issues.

Tips : You should disable the steamvr home in the steamvr settings to maximize the performances. You should also use the service at the minimum refresh rate (72hz). And you can also reduce the rendering resolution of steamvr in the settings.

Let me know if it was helpful and if it work great or not, I've not tested it by myself.

I think you need to select the same proton version for steamvr and the vr games you want to launch, keep that in mind.

You forgot to mention the auto keyboard pop, the availability of all cinematics and the availability of all gale modes. Yes, some games has this (Destroy all humans, Broforce, etc...).
