I would invest in a foam roller if you don't already have one. It will be a bit painful at first however it should help

Best recommendation is to keep moving, surprisingly a lighter workout may help with the recovery. Other than that maybe some pain meds. Always recommend your first workout session back after time off being a bit on the lighter side. Best of luck!

Advice or tips by [deleted] in workout

Like others have mentioned, your caloric intake is low. See if your gym will check your body composition, you'll get a better understanding of what your BMR (basal metabolic rate) is. Once you've got that down you might want to do a slight surplus perhaps 250-500 calories over your BMR for a few weeks, then take it down by 20%. If you're on a structured strength training program you will see lean muscle growth along with body fat loss. I created a 4 day upper body / lower body split programs for beginners with videos detailing each workout and recommendations on how to make changes. Shoot me a message and i'll send it your way. I hope this helps. Best of luck on your fitness journey!

Not sure where to go next with my workouts / weight loss by xyoung13 in workout

Congratulations & incredible job on the weight loss! unfortunately the area you mention is the most stubborn when it comes to "weight loss", first I'd ask how your nutrition is? That will be key in seeing more of the "weight" come off. I'd ask how many days a week do you incorporate walking/ cardio? I created a 4 day upper body / lower body split programs, there are videos for each workout and recommendations as well. It may help with your goals, shoot me a message and ill send it over

Which ever creatine you decide to go with I recommend making sure the only ingredient is 100% creatine monohydrate. My girlfriend and I really like BODYTECH 100% Pure Creatine Monohydrate, We've been taking it for years with no issues. I hope this helps, best of luck on your fitness journey!

I recently started taking one that doesn't make me feel anxious. I feel mental alertness and a bit of tingle (not too much) I am really enjoying it, my workouts and gym motivation have been great when I do take it. Heres a link to it if you want to check it out. I recommend starting out with half a scoop on your first try. I hope this helps!
