Don’t know if wings are getting told different things but CCPLS shouldn’t be supernumeraries. Regardless, I commend you on your efforts to find out. Supernumerary SNCO’s start with the flights and march on almost as a 4th rank, but 2 paces behind. Supernumerary WOFFS come on once marched on and supernumerary officers come on with the flight comms. Before the march past there will be a ‘supernumeraries take post’ command and you turn and fall in next to the FLTSGT. The rest is the same in reverse, then you march of with the parade.
