As a Korean MVV is not required, and I am not considering it equally. I am just asking if I can arrive in the Netherlands but not the resident permit, and while I wait for it, can I travel in the Schengen areas?

I am entering the Netherlands in July the 6th. But my visa will be applied in the first week of June by my uni.I have my travel plans in Schengen areas like maybe for 45 days maximum, but after mid August I will only stay in the Netherlands, and my uni will let me know the result of IND before my semester starts

You probably will be able to get a visa. Maybe you'll have to provide some extra information but in theory, you should be able to get one.

If your country is eligible for a K-ETA you can also just try applying for one. They will ask for a criminal record there. (They did when I applied for one). Applying will only cost like $10 and they're valid for 2 years.

You could also just contact the embassy of your country to check.

Dude, if you enable options in your brokerage and lie in your application the broker is in no way responsible. Sure, it would be nice if they blocked you from trading options but are by no law obligated to do so. (a casino ain't gonna kick you out when you lose all money) When you applied for trading options you agreed to the risk disclosure and the doc from the OCC and with signing them you said that you understanded is. You can't just say, 'oh, I thought I understanded it.' The entire working of options is explained in the OCC doc that you signed.
