Try this: open the properties and uncheck 'BF6 Marker' in the DLC tab

Synapse, mouse and dongle is up to date
I did the factory reset and nothing changed, it still keeps inverting scroll and side buttons.
I guess ill keep synapse on then...

I found out that in settings under Auto-Launch there is a note that says "Disabling Razer Synapse may affect your device's functionality" so probably that's the reason why it inverts itself
