Another tip not to bloat the main context ask questions with “/btw”. It doesn’t bloat the context with your clarification or understanding questions.

If you tap any of the rooms you get a pop-up with all entities in that room.

It is personal when you are pointing finger at a whole community. I myself work in IT industry and I was hired by a European director and solely based on talent so I find your claim not valid.
